Fantastic parcels by the sea, in the catchment area of the municipality of Vasquez, province Montecristi (northeastern part of the country, north coast Playa Popa); dry climate with approx. 360 sunny days per year.

Development: The parcels are only 16 km from the regional airport, which was newly built in 2006, and 150 km from the Intl. Airport located in Puerto Plata.
In terms of tourism development in the area, the largest solar power plant in the Caribbean for more than 100 million dollars was completed in 2018 in Montecristi. In the same year, the previous, from Montecristi to the object leading, 16 km long natural road was completely expanded and paved.
Potential: For the parcels, 16 km west of the landmark of Montecristi, a mountain called “El Morro” are the land prices z.Zt. between 10 – 12 USD per m2.
Comparable plots 5 – 20 km east of the “El Morro” are now for approx. USD 100 per m2 traded.
