Surfasana, yoga and surf discipline to practice in Puerto Plata

Surfasana, a new discipline that intertwines yoga, surfing and meditation, invites anyone looking to disconnect from the daily routine and reconnect with themselves and with the elements of nature, experience a new type of surf retreat on the North coast of Dominican Republic.

For this, the practice encourages tourists who know the discipline to visit the beach at the boutique hotel, El Encuentro Surf Lodge, which it describes, with single and double rooms available, all with private bathrooms; some located in the upper garden and others in the lower gardens, with private terraces. Surrounded by palm trees, lush vegetation and tropical flowers, and overlooking the local hills, to do the sport.
